The customer has the right to exchange within 7 days only and return within 3 days only from the date of the shipment’s arrival to you.
1- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2- Products that cannot be replaced or returned (electrical products after tampering with them..)
3- The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of replacement or return.
4- Refunds are for returned products only, and other fees such as shipping fees or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return fee is 21 riyals and exchange fee is 42 riyals (including 15% VAT)
Aramex
Return fee is 27 riyals and exchange fee is 52 riyals (including 15% VAT)
1- In one case, if the product is faulty because of us, shipping and return will be free.
2- If it is due to the customer, the customer shall bear that.

5- Refund mechanism: If the payment was made through Tamara-Tabby, the customer needs to wait 7 working days and a 10% Tamara-Tabby payment fee and a 10% return fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. The store does not bear the fees and the customer bears that. However, if the payment was made through bank transfer, Visa, Mada or Apple Pay, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
The cost of return and exchange fees varies with shipping companies according to what is agreed upon with the companies and is transferred to one of our bank accounts.
